A booking deposit must be given to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable however if you contact us within 14 days of arrival, we can offer to amend your booking to another date subject to availability.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 2pm on day of arrival. Pitches must be vacated by 12pm on day of departure.
EARLY CHECK OUT
In the event that you decide to check out early, any remaining night stays are non-refundable.
LATE CHECK OUT
Late check out is subject to a fee and can be arranged subject to availability.
NOISE & TRAFFIC
We ask that you respect other guests and do not disturb them late at night or early in the morning. No noise policy after 11p.m. Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors. Visitors must leave the grounds by 11p.m. Fires are strictly prohibited. On entering and driving around the village, residents and their guests must adhere to speed limits of 10mph. Children are at play and on bicycles so due care must be shown at all times.
TOILETS/SHOWERS
Chemical units must be emptied at disposal point at rear of privacy fence. Please leave toilet and shower block as you would wish to find them.
PETS
Well behaved pets are permitted and are the responsibility of their owners. All dogs must be kept on a lead within the grounds and must be supervised at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste must be disposed of appropriately.
CHILDREN
Children must be supervised at all times by parents/guardians.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Please ensure that you dispose of your waste appropriately. Glass recycling bins are provided on-site. Please separate your waste and make use of the onsite facilities. Help us to keep the grounds LITTER FREE.
